Responsibilities include: Coordinate education program; Submit content for publication in newsletter; Collaborate with departments to integrate marketing needs; Ensure messaging and branding is consistent on website and social media outlets; Create promotional signage; Develop new avenues of advertising as the Co-op grows; Collaborate with Marketing Manager in facilitating community events. Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain in-house prepared foods program; Negotiate with suppliers; Purchase products for department according to store product guidelines; Hire and develop department staff; Develop and implement short and long term department goals; Work with Marketing Manager to develop marketing plan for department. Responsibilities include: Assist with production of Deli products; Package, label and stock deli products; Ensure product is stocked, rotated, fronted and faced according to established procedures to ensure abundant displays; Follow all appropriate standards with regards to sanitation, safe food handling practices, handling and labeling of organic ingredients, allergen labeling, and special diets. Qualifications include: Organized, attention to detail; Able to multi-task and remain flexible to the changing needs of the business; Friendly customer service with a sense of urgency. Responsibilities include: Place orders with established suppliers within set guidelines; Participate in setting sales, margin, turns and labor goals for the department; Keep displays, coolers, shelves and bins fully stocked; Ensure updated accurate prices are given to Pricing Coordinator; Assist customers with questions in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.  Qualifications include: Enjoys action oriented tasks; History of retail experience; Knowledge of natural products and desire for continued learning of the industry; Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands, prioritize, and follow through and delegate tasks. Physical qualifications include: Ability to stand in one place for long periods of time; Ability to lift 20 pounds; Ability to continuously reach and twist.
