Human Resources Manager

Salary Position
Responsibilities include: All aspects of human resources including hiring, training, and staff development.
Qualifications: 2 years experience in human resources management, supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, experience developing systems and procedures, and attention to detail.
Just Food is a growing, 7 year old co-op in beautiful downtown Northfield with sales of 4.9 million and a great staff of 50 employees including a 10 member leadership team.

Position Open Until Filled
Deli Cook
Part-Time 10 to 15 hours a week
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities: To prepare quality food according to deli recipes in a timely, efficient manner. To assist in the achievement of department and storewide goals. Preparation of all deli foods, including soups, salads, wraps and sandwiches, spreads and dips according to a production schedule. Assemble, wrap and price sandwiches and other deli food. Ensure product is stocked, rotated, fronted and faced according to established procedures. Maintain back stock areas in clean, orderly condition, meeting health department standard
Qualifications:
Experience working with food. Ability to handle multiple demands. Ability to project friendly, outgoing personality. Attention to detail. Communications skills–good listener. Ability to lift 20 lbs. Manual dexterity with kitchen equipment. Task oriented and focused.

Meat and Cheese Assistant
Part-Time 10 to 15 hours a week
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities: Assist the Meat & Cheese Buyer and the Deli, Meat & Cheese Manager by stocking shelves, placing orders, wrapping and pricing meat, cheese and seafood, and answering customer questions
Qualifications: Experience working with food. Ability to handle multiple demands while providing exceptional customer service. Attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Manual dexterity with equipment. Ability to multi-task. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Cashier
Part-Time Hourly Position
20 to 25 hours a week
Responsibilities: To check out customer purchases and otherwise assist customers, to meet objectives for accuracy and provide prompt, friendly, courteous customer service.
Qualifications: Ability to handle multiple demands and stay calm. Experience serving the public. Ability to project friendly, outgoing personality. Familiarity with natural foods. Organized, accurate, pays attention to detail. Willing to work at least one weekend day. Ability to stand in one place for long periods of time.
