4 slices bacon (local)
1 large slicing tomato, decored and sliced in 4 (local)
2 leaves Hydroponic Lettuce (local)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 slices bread (local- we like Just Bread from Brick Oven)
Fry bacon over medium heat until crisp. Drain and set aside. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on 1 piece of each sandwich. Place 2 tomato slices on top of mayonnaise, followed by bacon and top with lettuce leaves and 2nd piece of bread. Rinse lettuce leaves and pat dry. Serve salad with your favorite dressing.
