Ingredients:
2-3 large red potatoes (local)
Instructions:
Wash potatoes and quarter. Place in stock pot with at least 2 inches of water covering potatoes. Bring to boil and cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve immediately with stew.
