4 whole French Meadow Tortillas (local)
1 cup shredded cheese (local)
1 tablespoon butter (local)
1 package sour cream (local)
1 package salsa (local)
On 2 tortillas, evenly spread cheese, keeping at least 1 inch border from the edge. Place the other tortilla on top. In a large skillet or nonstick frying pan, melt half of butter. Place tortilla with cheese in the pan and place plain tortilla on top. Cook quesadilla over medium heat until cheese begins to melt. Carefully flip quesadilla over and lightly brown other side (about 4-6 minutes per side).
Cut into triangles and serve with salsa and sour cream.
