3 whole Eggs (local)
1 tablespoon Butter (local)
1 tablespoon Chevre Cheese (local)
Beat eggs. Melt butter in skillet or frying pan. Pour in eggs and allow to set at least 5 minutes on medium high heat. Sprinkle cheese over eggs. Flip half of omelet to create half moon. Allow to cook another 3-5 minutes. Flip entire omelet to allow top to cook.
