Class: Garden Planning for Eating Local Year-round

Are you interested in eating more local food? In this class, Kirsten will talk about what foods grow locally, how to plant in succession for maximum harvest, and basic food preservation. Also covered will be beginning composting and info about the Northfield Community Garden. This class is geared toward those who are beginning and intermediate gardeners.
