Here’s your opportunity to learn how to cook French food! In Saturday’s first of four classes, you can learn to make a cream soup, pan-fry meat, prepare a sauce and steam vegetables. Class fee is $35 and includes lunch. Participants must be preregistered by Friday at 4 p.m. You can preregister in the store or by calling 507-650-0106.
