Tired of cooking? Here are three easy, low-cost meals to whip up this week, each $6 or less if you are a Just Food owner. Each meal feeds 2, maybe more.

1. Amy’s Spinach Pizza (on sale for owners for $3.59; non-owners pay $4.39) with a side of Stahlbush Island Farms broccoli (on sale for $1.79 for 10 oz).

2. Chili made from a 28 oz can of Muir Glen Crushed Tomatoes (on sale for $1.99), one 15 oz can each of Westbrae Black Beans and Pinto Beans (on sale for $1.25 each). Drain beans, then combine with tomatoes and chili powder to your liking, and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with popcorn (our bulk organic yellow popcorn is $1.49/lb).

3. Serve a fried egg (Schultz Organic White Eggs are $1.59 per half dozen) in a Rudi’s Organic English Muffin (on sale for $2.59/6-pack) topped with a little salsa, mustard, mayo, or cheese from your refrigerator. Add a side of Stahlbush Island Farms green beans or peas (on sale for $1.79 for 10 oz).
