This involves a week of blending greens with either vegetables and herbs, to make soups, or with fruits to make smoothies, and drinking these concoctions instead of eating meals. Greens are a satisfying way to clean your system. Join us for a green cleanse. In this class, you will receive materials to help get you started and learn to make some of the recipes. It’s more fun when you know others are doing it at the same time as you as well.
