Ingredients:
1/2 head LaBore Hydroponic Lettuce (local)
Sliced Tomatoes (local)
1 tablespoon vinegar (balsamic, red wine, cider)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Wash and dry lettuce. Tear in small pieces and add sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle vinegar, oil, salt and pepper over salad and toss.
