Hands on Acupressure for Your Health

Do you hold stress in your shoulders and neck? Acupressure can relieve your shoulders, back, heart, and lungs and it helps with carpal tunnel and memory issues. Learn acupressure points to help these systems stay open and active. Feel your tense muscles turn to jelly. You will learn how to massage your back by massaging a bone in your hand. Life is great when you learn about all the wonderful healing buttons on your body. There will be plenty of time to practice the techniques. This class is part of the Spring Forest Qigong Qi-ssage series. Instructor Mary Zelmer is a Spring Forest Qigong Certified Healer and Teacher.

Thursday, March 22, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Cost is $25/$23 owners.
