Ingredients:
3 eggs. slightly beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups pumpkin, canned or cooked
1 cup cream
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, syrup, spices, salt, pumpkin, and cream. Beat by hand or electric mixer until smooth. Pour filling into pie shell and bake in a moderate oven until filling has set. Serve warm or cold; decorate walnuts.
