Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 lbs Potatoes (local)

1 tablespoon butter (local)

1/2 cup Cream (local)

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions:

Bring stock pot of water with potatoes to boil. Boil for 20 to 25 minutes until tender. Drain and add butter, cream, salt and pepper and mash to desired consistency. Serve immediately
