Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked millet
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 cup of flour (any kind you choose)
Cooking oil
Salt & Pepper to season
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Mix well and heat frying pan with added oil until hot. Add mixture to frying pan, in portions and cook on each side until browned. Serve with your favorite meal and enjoy!
