Join local farmer Laura Frerichs as she gives the basics on preserving the harvest through canning, freezing, drying and fermenting. This is a great class for beginners and anyone looking to eat local during the winter (and to prepare for Just Food’s 1-week Winter Eat Local Challenge, dates TBA)
