Veggie Goodness

Not getting enough vegetables in your diet? One bite of this delicious treat and you’ll want to eat it every day!

Easy snack:
Warm a tortilla with local mozzarella cheese on it. Add avocado and sliced local bell peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes.

Make it a meal:
Serve with homemade baked potato wedges and a tossed salad of local greens.
