Everyone can shop at Just Food Co-op, and anyone can become a member/owner.

Just Food is your community-owned grocery store. Nearly 4,000 of your neighbors and friends are equal owners of Just Food ... and we'd love to have you join us!

You don't have to be a member/owner to shop at Just Food, but there are benefits to ownership:

• 10% discount on case orders

• Numerous "members only" specials and discounts

• The ability to vote in elections for Just Food's Board of Directors, and the right to run for a Board seat

• Patronage refunds when financial conditions warrant, at the discretion of the Board

 

Becoming a member/owner is quick and easy

Just ask a cashier for a Membership Application. A completed application and a one-time investment of $125 (payment plans available) are all it takes to become a member/owner!

Just Food Co-op was founded in 2004 by Northfield residents eager to bring natural foods and responsibly sourced products to our community.


Since then, Just Food has generated more than $90 million in sales of healthy foods to nourish the community and support many small, sustainable food producers. Nearly 60 people work in our store and deli.


Just Food is cooperatively owned by nearly 4,000 area families ... and we're eager for you to join us! A one-time investment of $125 entitles you to all the benefits of ownership, including pride in supporting a local business that embraces sustainability, equity and inclusion.
